01 / Discover
Bring attractions, places, events, and practical information together. A visitor guide gives people a starting point for deciding what to see and how to get there.

02 / Experience
Create themed walks, audio guides, and interactive routes that invite visitors to explore more deeply. Connect tours with the wider destination guide.

03 / Inform
Maintain visitor information centrally and make it available across languages. An optional assistant can answer questions using the destination content maintained in Scoutello.

Before getting started
The guide is built on the Scoutello platform. Content scope, branding, delivery format, and implementation support are agreed for the destination, so the project fits its goals and editorial resources.
The destination team and Scoutello agree the content responsibilities during scoping. Existing material can form the starting point; ownership, review, and ongoing updates should be clear before launch.
The Scoutello team will get in touch to discuss the destination, target groups, existing content, and the desired scope. This provides the basis for the next steps and an individual proposal.
Platform costs depend on the selected modules and monthly capacity. The pricing builder below shows subscription costs, optional extras and usage charges. Editorial work, tailored implementation and native app delivery can be scoped separately during a project discussion.
Yes. The example on this page contains fictional content. Information, maps, and audio can be explored without registration or purchase. A demo then shows how the team manages the content in the background.
How we work together
Scoutello brings the platform and support for the implementation. The destination team brings local knowledge, content and priorities. Together, a clearly defined first step is created.
Define target groups, region and key visitor questions. A district, a season or a themed route can be the starting point.
Review existing content, clarify responsibilities and match the Guide to the brand. Plan languages and interfaces together.
Build content, configure functions and test the Guide together. The team receives an introduction for ongoing operation.
Keep information up to date and evaluate feedback. Additional places, partners or functions are added as needed.

CREATE & SELL

Payment processing is additional. Editorial services, distribution support and AI generation are not automatically included. Purchased guide access does not use a Guides subscription allowance.
The ongoing subscription can be cancelled monthly. Higher invitation capacity is available after payment; reductions take effect at the next renewal. Invitations already issued remain valid for later events.
Annual payment covers twelve months and saves 10% after the bundle discount. Monthly allowances do not accumulate across the year. Event emails earned through invitations remain available for that event.
Invitations count in the month they are first issued, even when the event takes place later. Each person counts once per event. Reducing the plan later preserves those invitations and their event-email allowance.
500 stored contacts are included, or 1,000 with the CRM module. Each additional 1,000 contacts costs €5 per month. CRM adds relationships, interaction history, opportunities and follow-up. The allowance applies once per organization.
When the purchased limit is reached, no further invitations can be issued until capacity is increased. Invitations already issued and existing event access remain available.
Known people are deduplicated by account or access token. Anonymous visits use a browser identifier; different devices may count separately. Staff previews, bots and duplicate imports are excluded.
